Social Impact 360 partnered with me to completely reinvent their online presence—modernizing an outdated website, clarifying their value proposition, and better engaging both prospective fellows and corporate sponsors.
The project started as a true blank slate. Their existing site featured outdated branding, limited storytelling, and unclear messaging around the impact of the program. First, I conducted a full competitive analysis across social impact fellowships, nonprofit organizations, and even ventures launched by SI360 alumni themselves.
Rather than following the conventional “nonprofit” visual and storytelling style, I positioned the redesign to reflect the ambition, innovation, and entrepreneurial mindset at the heart of the program.
From there, I conducted a full content audit and information architecture review, rewrote site copy to create clearer messaging and stronger calls to action, curated original imagery to better communicate the organization’s mission and energy, interviewed six alumni to develop authentic impact stories and social proof, performed SEO research to identify high-value keywords and competitive opportunities, and designed and built the new website from the ground up.
The result was a sharper, more compelling digital experience that positioned SI360 as a modern, credible leader in social entrepreneurship education.
Oh, and the entire project was completed in just three months.
